How can we help our users improve their wellness, set personal challenges and track their progress?
The platform offers wellness assessments, meditations, courses, workouts, media libraries and multiple tools to set and track progression towards user goals.
Identifying professionals with aspirations to improve both mind and body the look and feel for Raiys was defined and crafted through extensive user research and testing.
I worked on the project as sole designer for 2 years and over that time through partnerships our user base increased from less than 200,000 to over 750,000 and included clients such as Marks&Spencer, HMRC, Network Rail and National Grid.
Coach matching tool
Strengthening the wellness platform with a move into the online coaching space as the primary focus.
Allowing users to easily find the right coaching match for their specific needs was key for this project.
The matching tool takes the user's coaching preferences and requirements and the algorithm presents their optimal coaching matches along with a frictionless session booking process provides an elegant and simple solution.
